I needed to replace all 10 windows and the patio door in my house so I visited the Cleveland Home and Remodeling Show at the IX Center to shop for estimates. Smart Choice not only provided the best quote they also did a great job of answering all my questions prior to beginning the work. The install went smoothly and was completed in a day and a half. We were super excited to have 27 windows replaced in our home. During a bid for siding the guy asked us who we were going to use. We gave him the names of the company's. He stated that they were good choices but, he had some windows replaced by Smart Choice and said we wouldn't be disappointed. I must say. He was absolutely correct. 25 of the 27 windows have been installed. The 2 that haven't been replaced yet are special order garden windows (we knew they would require more time to be built) Smart Choice sent out Aaron and his crew. The work done and the efficiency in how it was done was completely amazing. The team was like watching an assembly line but for replacing windows. It blew my mind that they had all 25 windows installed in 1 day. Came back for a 2nd day to caulk and trim out the windows. My wife and I couldn't be happier. The entire process from sales through installation was top notch! Smart Choice does not do high pressure sales and their pricing is way more reasonable that any of the companies that advertise. You should not be pressured into buying windows by any company. My sales contact answered my questions, provided education and a written quote. Smart Choice provides information about the windows and their process up front. My install team was very personable, answered my questions about removing the windows and how they did the installation, plus they did an excellent job and paid attention to details. My sales rep was there to properly introduce the team in the morning and to further explain. It was such a pleasure to work with them and I would highly recommend. PLUS they are a local small business right here in Strongsville!
